Fiesta Corn Salad

Fiesta Corn Salad

1 16oz. pkg of frozen corn, thawed (I just run under warm water for a minute - thecorn should still be cold.)
1/2 C chopped red pepper
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1/4 C chopped cilantro
3 green onions, diced
1/2 - 3/4 C mayo
1/2 - 1 C shredded cheese
1 pkg. Fritos Chili Cheese Chips

Mix first 7ingredients togeter in a bowl and chill.  Just bfore serving, add Fritos Chili Cheese Corn Chips crushed on top.
